The objective of this program is to enhance digital literacy and communication skills among youth, empowering them to compete effectively in the job market and engage confidently in diverse environments.
Implementation Details
ICT Training for Young People: Ages 14–35 receive structured digital skills training in our computer labs, from basic computer literacy to advanced office software. This fosters confidence and technical competence.
English Training for Adults and Youth: Ages 17–45 improve language proficiency, including conversational English, business communication, and workplace vocabulary, enhancing employability.
Mobile Digital Literacy Units: Mobile labs reach remote areas, ensuring no one is left behind in the digital revolution.
Career Readiness Workshops: Regular sessions with local employers teach practical job search strategies, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette.
Certification Program: Participants receive recognized certificates upon completion, validating their skills for employment opportunities.
